Tell us a little about yourself
I'm an intern who love to travel. So when I found out that I'd get to travel through my internship, it was just perfect. I love music too, mostly Bollywood. I'm also immigrant. I came to America 6 years ago and since then, I've been on different adventures of exploring new places, people, and myself.
What are the 5 fun things we should know about you?
I love to sing and dance. I'm down to travel anywhere and anytime. I love long walks, and I can talk about almost anything. I can whistle to any song. That's pretty fun.
What brought you to NYC?
One of my rotation sites happens to be in Brooklyn. Thankfully, I accepted it. Because even though it was my first time in a big city, I love every single bit of it.
What have been your best experiences here?
It was definitely visiting the museums, or anything to do with walking on the streets of Manhattan. I love the vibrant, buzzing, busy streets with totally mesmerizing buildings. Above all, I felt a sense of belonging in the city.
What do you think of coliving?
Prior to living at the Knickerbocker House, I was suspicious of the coliving system. But in reality it worked our better for me since I got to be friends with my lovely housemates, who I got to explore the city with.
What's been your best experience in the time you have stayed with Outpost?
It was my last day in NYC. Everyone came to the house to meet me. It showed that the friendship I formed with the housemates is so genuine and authentic.
