With the subway at 135th St only 10 mins from Central Park and the 2, 3, and C lines offering express routes into downtown Manhattan you will never want for things to do.
If you would rather stay in the neighborhood for the night, you will have your pick of activities. With the numerous landmarks to visit and a plethora of cuisines to sample, you will feel there is never enough time to do it all.
The space
The Clark House is a newly renovated building with hardwood flooring, exposed brick, stainless kitchens, marble baths, and inviting layouts. The house features a large common space on the lower level to bring the community outside in!

The (Co)Living Room
The living room in each apartment in The Clark House is complete with couches, flatscreen TVs, and a table for working or eating. Whether you’re cooking with your roommates or watching the latest Netflix series, the shared spaces will always be the perfect spot to relax after a busy day.

The community space
The basement is a fully furnished shared common space and work area where you can co-work with your housemates or relax after a long day. A laundry room is also located on this floor, so you'll never have to worry about finding an open machine at the laundromat.
The kitchens
In these apartments, the kitchen is newly renovated and ready to be put to work. So whether you are making a home-cooked meal or opening the take-out from your favorite spot, you will have everything you need.
- Amenities: Amenities include electric stoves, stainless-steel fridges, microwaves, large sinks, coffee makers, plenty of cabinets, cookware, tableware, cutting boards, and anything else you would need in a kitchen.

The laundry room
The Clark House includes a common laundry room — a luxury in New York City — so you won’t have to haul your laundry to a laundromat or have it sent out.

The Clark House features sleek and renovated bathrooms with modern appliances to suit all your needs. With a minimum of 2 bathrooms per unit, you won't have to worry about waiting too long.
